Patella brace
Product information
The stiffened elements in the patella brace apply pressure to the knee tendon and against the lower edge of the kneecap. The tendon is relieved and pain alleviated. The patella brace is easy to apply around the lower leg.
Indication
A patella brace is particularly suited for overuse injuries around the kneecap. Above all for sports involving a great deal of running (runner’s knee) and/or jumping (jumper’s knee).
Sizing
The PSB patella brace is available in a one-size fits all model.
Applying the brace
Step 1
The stiffened section should be positioned just below the kneecap, on the knee tendon. The kneecap itself is in line with the cutaway in the brace.
Step 2
The stiffened section should be held with one hand. Using the free hand, the user can tension and close the strap around the lower leg.
